Lessee – the person who rents the vehicle
What documents are required to rent a vehicle?
Upon vehicle pickup, the lessee must present a valid driving license with a minimum driving experience of 3 years, as well as an identity card of the Republic of Moldova. The minimum accepted age is 23 years.
What does the guarantee (deposit) represent?
The guarantee is a sum of money temporarily withheld for the duration of the rental period. It is fully refunded upon return of the vehicle, provided that no damage is found. The amount of the guarantee varies depending on the vehicle model.
Payment of the rental fee and the guarantee is made on the day the rental agreement is signed.
What happens in case of an accident?
If, during the rental period, the vehicle is involved in a road accident, the lessee is obliged to immediately inform the company manager.
I. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE LESSEE (Person Renting the Vehicle)
The lessee undertakes:

to use the vehicle strictly for its intended purpose, in compliance with technical standards, traffic regulations, and the provisions of this contract;

not to use the vehicle for pushing or towing other vehicles;

not to drive the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or narcotic or psychotropic substances;

to use the vehicle only within the territory of the Republic of Moldova. In case of intention to travel outside the Republic of Moldova or to the left bank of the Dniester region (Transnistria), the lessee is obliged to notify the lessor and obtain their written consent;

to return the vehicle upon expiration of the contractual period in the same condition as received, taking into account normal wear and tear;

not to use the vehicle for taxi services or driving instruction;

not to participate with the vehicle in competitions, races, testing, or other sporting events;

to comply with speed limits: a maximum of 90 km/h within localities and 130 km/h outside them, at their own responsibility. In case the 130 km/h limit is exceeded three times during the contract period, the lessor reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the contract without refunding the paid rental amount;

not to transfer the vehicle for use to third parties, free of charge or for payment.
Rental Requirements
- Minimum age: 23 years
- Valid driving license (minimum 3 years)
- Valid identification document (passport/ID)
Rental Conditions
- Minimum rental period: 24 hours
- The reservation is confirmed with a valid driving license.
- The deposit is paid in cash and returned in cash
- The vehicle is delivered clean and must be returned clean.
- The mileage limit is 250 km per day.
- Only the person named in the contract is allowed to drive the vehicle, unless a third party is required and is also specified in the contract.
Insurance and Protection
- Mandatory third-party liability insurance
- CASCO insurance upon prior request
- Roadside assistance 24/7
Responsibilities
- Compliance with traffic regulations
- Return of the vehicle in its initial condition, no later than 24 hours
- Payment of fines and fees
- Use according to purpose without excessive exploitation
Prohibited Actions
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances
- Transportation of prohibited substances or weapons
- Unauthorized vehicle modification or self-repair without notifying the administrator
- Subleasing the vehicle to third parties
- Using the vehicle for paid passenger transport (taxi, tours, deliveries)
Damages and Repairs
- Damage assessment by authorized experts
- Compensation according to market prices
- Immediate incident reporting
- Mandatory photographic documentation
